Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account registration

To use certain services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Use of the App

The App is intended for lawful use only. You agree not to:

Fees and tariffs

All applicable fees, tariffs, convenience charges, taxes, and other amounts will be displayed in the App before initiation of a charging session wherever feasible. By starting a session, you agree to pay the applicable charges.

Tariffs may vary based on station, time, charger type, energy consumed, idle time, reservation fee, or other service conditions. Prices are generally shown in Indian Rupees and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on how displayed in the App.

Wallet and prepaid balance

If the App provides a wallet or prepaid balance feature, such balance may be used only for eligible services within the App. Any unused wallet balance will remain available for future use, subject to wallet rules, service availability, and applicable law.

Wallet balances are not cash, are not transferable unless expressly permitted, and are not redeemable for bank transfer except where required by law or expressly approved by the Company.

Refunds and cancellations

All charging-session payments are non-refundable except in cases expressly approved by us or required by applicable law. If a transaction fails but money is debited, we may verify the issue and adjust the amount through wallet credit or other appropriate resolution mechanism.

Reserved sessions, missed bookings, idle-time charges, or charges arising from misuse may be non-cancellable and non-refundable, depending on the specific station rules.

Third-party services

The App may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, OTP providers, messaging services, analytics tools, or partner charging networks. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, or service failures.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, interfaces, graphics, text, and other materials used in or available through the App are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

Disclaimer of warranties

The App and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that charging stations will always be available, that payment processing will be error-free, or that session data will always be uninterrupted or free from inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or vehicle-related damage arising from factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Force majeure

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including power failures, grid issues, network outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, strikes, government action, or station-level equipment failures.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website, and continued use of the App after such update will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
